The PF200 Mobile Crushing Station is a fully customisable plant based on traditional design concepts. We have integrated multiple positioning and discharge functions into a single station. It is well suited for large mines that have few space restrictions.
Characterised by centrally located crawler tracks and a suspended discharge boom, the PF200 allows a number of variations on its basic design, including hydraulic hopper supports, a slewable support structure, and intermediate transfer conveyors. The advantages of this design include the capacity range, options and flexibility of the discharge conveyor.
Our PF300 Mobile Crushing Station is a highly compact plant with a modern design, based on simplicity and manoeuvrability. It offers stability, and its small footprint supports relocation and mine advances.
The plant can be equipped with a sizer, double-roll or hybrid crusher to suit varying demands. The PF300 is the most mobile design, able follow hydraulic- or rope-shovels at the mining face. The stable triangular footprint of the crawler tracks lets the crusher operate without any additional ground support. A detached discharge conveyor operates without oscillations. The advantages of this design include manoeuvrability and optimum positioning, stability and maximum availability. The PF300 can either work in combination with a belt wagon, mobile transfer conveyors, or load bridges as the connecting downstream link to the face conveyor.
The PF400 is a further refinement of the PF300 concept, with a front end tailored to accept a dozer push. Where applicable, pushing with dozers can be a very cost-effective alternative to shovels, further expanding your options for IPCC in mining applications. The PF400 combines this loading technique with maximum mobility and our reliable sizer, double-roll or hybrid crusher to effectively process a range of materials from hard to wet and sticky.
