This punching briquetting machine (mechanical stamping briquetting plant) matches with the 45kw main motor connected with inertia wheel. The main motor drives the connecting rod doing reciprocating motion in stamping type. The speedy attack makes the temperature of raw material increases rapidly, fiber becomes soft, volume compresses and density is higher. Compared to other briquetting machine, advantages of wood briquetting plant are significant, such as advanced design, stable structure, high adaptability and efficiency, low cost.

Compared to the Europe briquette making machines, GC-MBP briquette machine has strengthened the pressure of briquetting. The speedy attack makes the temperature of raw material increases rapidly, fiber becomes soft, volume compresses and density is higher.

According to the differences of shape, size, moisture and composition of raw material, density of final briquettes is different. Therefore, quality of raw material is the core element to improve the briquette production efficiency.

This GC-MBP-1000 briquetting machine is mainly used for crushing and briquetting the raw materials, such as crop stalks, grain shell, peanut seedlings, cotton bar, sawdust, saw dust, branch, bark, bamboo power, furfural residue, wood scraps, forest residues and house refuse. The output fuel briquette is a kind of renewable biological energy source, which can be used for generating electricity, heating and also used as life fuel. To some extent, it may instead of mass of fossil energy.

The main function of feeding machine, also known as belt conveyer with packing augers, is to deliver the dry and kibbling material into the depiler machine. The Separator machine pass the material from feeding machine to two flow boxes by driving lever and packing auger equably. Through the two flow boxes on left and right side, the material accesses into the briquette making machine. In order to delivering the material equably, the longer packing auger delivers the material to the central feeding port connecting with two separate deliver ports, and through the two separate deliver ports, the material is feeding into the main machine by two packing auger.

As the core equipment, the main machine must be forced feed lubrication by CBN310 giant gear pump with 1.5kw motor drive to ensure all moving components are in normal lubrication condition. Please start the oil pump motor before main machine. Because of the locking function of oil pump motor, the main machine can not start without starting oil pump motor. After starting oil pump motor, the main machine can be started. Then check oil pressure indicator firstly to make sure oil pressure is in normal. If it has not reached to the normal oil pressure, 5-10kg/cm (0.5-1mpa), please check flow divider on inlet oil line and bearing. When main machine runs without abnormal vibration and noise and eccentric wheel drives the reciprocating motion of pulley in 280 times per minute, the feeding machine begins to feeding. The raw material gets into the flow box by feeding machine and Separator machine. Then gets into the pressing compartment through packing augers on left and right side of flow box.Under the extruding of the punch chip and drill drift, raw material gets softened with increased temperature and small volume. Through the moulding with throat taper, the product which has been solid and hard is expelled gradually.

The forming of briquette is affected by pressure and temperature. Briquetting machine works relying on momentum of crank block. Under the normal status, crank block extrudes the material in 280 times per minute. The pressure can reached to 300t, and the temperature can reached to 150-200. Therefore, briquetting machine can adapt the raw materials very well.

how does a briquette machine work - types and making process

how does a briquette machine work - types and making process

There are several types of briquette machines with different working principles, they work on different pressures and suitable for different materials. So how they workdifferently? What are there advantage and disadvantages? Lets follow the article.

A briquette machine is used to turn the waste powder to a regular shape block, which can help to improve the conditions for those powder, make them easy for transportation, storage, and more useful for further usage.

Briquetting work always work with the binder as it needs the binding effect to get enough strength for the finished briquette. Biomass and industrialwaste are different from each other due to their binder sources.

The heating system is a special design for those briquettersdeal with materials contain lignin, lignin alway can be found on biomass. So theheating system is usually used for biomass briquetting. Other materials like coal, charcoal, etc. Binders are always needed when briquetting with the screw type briquette machine.

The suitablematerial is fed to the hopper and then conveyed by the screw inside the briquette machine.the rotating screw takes the material from the feed port, and compacts it against a die which assists the build-up of a pressure gradient along the screw.

As the screw briquette machine works with a pressure not that high, binders are always needed forming the briquette. Equip with a heating system will help the biomass material melt the internal lignin and turn it to a high-performance binder. Besides, other materials also work with this briquetterlike coal, charcoal, etc. These materials should be well mixed with the binder to get the briquette forms.

The briquette working process is in a chamber where materials are fed into, there materials are briquetting under a very high pressure. It causes theirplasticity and makes them binding stably together as a block.

Hydraulic type takes a long pressure keeping time on the briquette, this prevents theshort-time material deformation rebound and will cause a special heating for those materials like sawdust for melting its internal lignin, make the briquette with higher strength.

The piston type uses the rotary power of the mechanical device or the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder to reciprocate the piston (or the plunger), and the piston (or plunger) drives the ram to reciprocate in the forming sleeve to generate a pressing force to form the material to briquette.

A big pressure will be generated as the movement of the flywheel and punch the briquette time after time in a short time, it raises the temperature of the raw material. As the raw material moves, it fractionates with the inside, another kind of heat friction heat generates. With the action of these two kinds of heat, material raises its own temperature to a high level and melt the lignin. Particle materials then bind together and become strong enough.

Roller press works with two close rotating rollers at the same speed butwith opposite direction. The two rollers, with the same width and diameter, have holes on the surface. When they move, the same two holes on the different roller will coincide at the intersection of the midline and the briquette will be pressed there.

A normal roller press will use a wedge iron to fix the movable roller as it works on a low pressure. The hydraulic pump station is also can be used to fix the roller and supplies a much bigger but flexible support to the roller to work stable on big pressure.

honeycomb coal briquette press machine - shuliy group

honeycomb coal briquette press machine - shuliy group

Thehoneycomb coal briquette press machineproduced by Shuliy Machinery is one kind of charcoal briquette machine for making charcoal briquettesor coal briquettes. The raw materials for pressing in this charcoal machine are mainly charcoal powder and coal powder.

Before briquetting, we may use the charcoal grinderand the binder mixer to process the charcoal powder first. This process can make sure the final charcoal or coal briquettes with high density and smooth appearance for selling good prices.

The honeycomb charcoal briquette machine can press the pulverized charcoal powder or coal powder into briquettes with a certain shape. It is mainly composed of five parts: main body, transmission part, feeding part, molding part, and transport part.

Especially the molding part is the most interesting part for it can be changed with different molds for making different shapes of coal briquettes. Adding the powdery material to the machine for stamping, forming, and demoulding, and then we can get the final solid charcoal or coal briquettes.

The charcoal or coal briquettes made by this coal machine marked with a number of holes inside the cylinder makes it seems like a honeycomb because it can increase the surface area of the coal briquettes so that they are easy to be ignited and can burn enough.

In the production process, the length and diameter of the coal briquettes can be customized according to the requirements of the customers, and it can be used as a multi-purpose machine, which is convenient and practical.

The honeycomb coal briquette machine has been improved several times and was once mainly used for household fire, heating, and honeycomb-shaped cylindrical briquettes made of anthracite. In the past, people processed pulverized coal into spheres slightly larger than table tennis.

Now, we make the coal briquettes by the charcoal making machine with holes and different shapes which can increase the surface area of coal, enable coal to burn fully, and reduce resources waste. Most of these charcoal and coal briquettes are used for barbecue, cooking, and home or industry heating.

The honeycomb charcoal/coalbriquettemachine has a simple structure and is divided into five parts: a body, a rotation, a feeding, a stamping and a conveying. The parts work together and the operation is coordinated and stable.

Shuliy Machinery not only provides high-quality machines but also provides comprehensive after-sales service. We have been focusing on the charcoal machinery industry for nearly 20 years and have rich experience in designing and manufacturing large and medium-sized charcoal machines to meet the needs of various customers. At the same time, according to the requirements of customers, we can provide services such as plant construction plan, market analysis, and best product formula. learn more >>>

Briquettes are small, compact blocks of organic waste you can use for burning in the stove or fire. While some briquettes require expensive machinery to make, anyone can easily make their own with simple waste materials. To make briquettes on your own, use simple materials like sawdust and paper. While the process takes a great deal of effort, many find it's worth it to reuse waste. If you're interested in reducing your carbon footprint, making briquettes can be a rewarding experience.

You can make your own briquettes at home with simple materials like sawdust and paper. Start by soaking shredded paper in water for a few days to soften it. After a couple of days, use your hands to knead the pulp until it gets a porridge-like consistency. Now, youre ready to add your organic material. You can use sawdust, pine needles, rice husks, leaves, or grass. Mix it in with your hands and add a little water at a time until the mixture becomes easily moldable. To form the briquettes, first, cut the top quarter off a 2-liter soda bottle. Punch drainage holes in the bottom, then insert a plastic bag to act as a liner. Scoop the mixture into the plastic bag until its full, then, use a can to push it into the bottle and squeeze out excess water. Take the briquette out and let it dry for 3-7 days before burning it. alas! nigeria imports sawdust - punch newspapers

According to Trading Economics, imports to Nigeria surged 48% year-on-year to N943.6bn in December 2018, mainly driven by purchases of manufactured goods that took the chunk of 88.3% and raw materials, a meagre 12.5%. The implication of the minute 12.5% in raw materials import is that Nigeria is extremely poor in value addition, meaning that as a nation, we are lacking in simple and complex industries that helped in the transformation of other economies. An example is the huge importation of our cocoa beans by the USA and the UK; no matter how the huge import bills may be, those countries are the richer for it because what they have imported is for value addition. This scenario of unbridled import of finished products was aptly captured by the many super stores daily springing up in urban centres in Nigeria. A walk through these stores will make the patriotic citizen heave a forlorn sigh and wonder if the nation will ever be free from the imports of the biggest technologies like airplanes and ships to the import of minute technologies like matches and toothpicks. I was in such a mood when in a store in remote Akure, I saw imported sawdust on the shelf. I felt shocked to the marrows and dragged my colleague who was shopping with me to come and see what I saw. That is if God in His benevolence interferes in such pedestrian matters. It is bad enough that Nigeria imports common banana and other exotic fruits into the country, but sawdust? What was the selling point of this imported sawdust from France? The details on the pack claimed that the sawdust was made from old wine barrels and as such when it is used to roast meats, the aroma of the wine that the barrels had soaked over the years of using it for storage will flavour the meat. In simple terms what the French had done for us was a very simple waste to wealth; old wine barrels that would have been stacked somewhere until they decompose or taken to French rural areas to be used for winter fire were carefully converted into sawdust, neatly packaged and shipped to Nigeria and maybe other countries that have the taste for luxury and class. What he saw was sawdust being burnt into ashes as a way of disposing the easily accumulated dust. He had told me that all we needed was a machine that could convert the sawdust into briquettes, and we have in our hands simple export commodities. Sawdust seems to be a recurring encounter for me. Some years back, as an employee of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce & Industry, we hosted a business delegation from South Africa.
