Our analysis of the precious metal content uses a top of the range Niton XRF Spectrometer Analyzer renowned for their accuracy, reliability and speed. Our people are extremely experienced in working with the XRF Analyser, having received in-depth diagnostic training from Niton and we have supreme confidence in the accuracy of our findings.
Working, as we do, with a number of different refineries, the results from our sampling process allows us to select the most efficient one for each and every batch tested. When we receive the material, we remove the cat casing by a hydraulic shearing machine. We also deal directly with ceramics. The honeycomb substrates are broken and dropped into a collection container and are then further crushed into fine particles / powders with a ball mill machine.
The powders are processed through fractional sampling machine where small quantities of powders are sampled out. Theses samples are divided into 4 sub-samples: one for the customer, one for internal testing, one for the independent laboratory and one for our library, to be available in the event of any discrepancies.
We offer the following payment options: -Advance payment of 80% of the value based on our XRF results, to be determined on the day after sampling at our facility in Bangkok or Kuala Lampur. -We can offer an early settlement after final test resultsare available, which under normal circumstances will be no later than 10 working days after sampling at our facility. The final settlement will be based on the final testresults (ICP) and after deduction of any advance payment and open charges.
Material must be clean, dry, free of foreign debris and stored in big bags or metal drums. If no metal (platinum, palladium, rhodium) has been hedged, the price will be fixed on the current market at the time your assay results are received.
Ecotrade will de-can your converters AT NO CHARGE. On receipt, we will undertake a standard grading check and provide a report detailing weight of catalyst yield and anticipated precious metal returns. Provided the precious metal yield has not been sold in advance (hedged), the price will be fixed at the current market price prevailing at the time your assay results are determined.

Our automatic production line for the grinding cylpebs is the unique. With stable quality, high production efficiency, high hardness, wear-resistant, the volumetric hardness of the grinding cylpebs is between 60-63HRC,the breakage is less than 0.5%. The organization of the grinding cylpebs is compact, the hardness is constant from the inner to the surface. Now has extensively used in the cement industry, the wear rate is about 30g-60g per Ton cement.
Grinding Cylpebs are made from low-alloy chilled cast iron. The molten metal leaves the furnace at approximately 1500 C and is transferred to a continuous casting machine where the selected size Cylpebs are created; by changing the moulds the full range of cylindrical media can be manufactured via one simple process. The Cylpebs are demoulded while still red hot and placed in a cooling section for several hours to relieve internal stress. Solidification takes place in seconds and is formed from the external surface inward to the centre of the media. It has been claimed that this manufacturing process contributes to the cost effectiveness of the media, by being more efficient and requiring less energy than the conventional forging method.

Cylpebs of equal diameter and length have 14.5% greater surface area than balls of the same mass, and 9% higher bulk density than steel balls, or 12% higher than cast balls.
